Dear TDCC Members,
The 2021 Autumn General Meeting of the Club will be held at 12 noon on Sunday 28th November at the Clubhouse. All members are invited to attend.
The meeting will include election of Club Officers for the 2022 season, presentation of Officers and Team Captains’ reports, and voting on proposed amendments to Club Rules.
If you would like to stand for any of the Club officer roles, suggest items for the meeting agenda, or have any questions about the AGM, please contact Geoff Dryden, TDCC Honorary Secretary, at Geoff.Dryden@hotmail.com by Tuesday 23rd November.
Current vacant roles which need to filled are the Club Welfare Officer, senior players Membership Secretary, and Colts’ Fixtures Secretary. If you’d like any information about these or other Club roles, please contact Geoff or speak to your team captains/managers, or any member of the committee.
